Mont Sainte-Anne is one of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.
Students attending the LaurenHill Academy Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Condos Vacances MSA, situated 2 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
The trip includes:
- Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
- Accommodations for two nights
- One group supper meal
- Lift tickets: 3 days at Mont Sainte-Anne
- Ski instruction for beginner and novice levels
- Services of a Ski Evolution guide

Wednesday, Feb. 19
06h15 Coach bus will arrive at LaurenHill
Academy 2505 Côte Vertu, Saint-Laurent
06h30 Departure from LHA.
10h00 Arrival at Mont Sainte-Anne.
10h15 Change into ski clothing. Students needing rental equipment to go to Sports
Alpins ready to ski/board.
10h30 Evaluation of all intermediate
and advanced skiers/snowboarders
11h00 Ski lessons 90 min. for all
beginners and novice levels.
12h00 Lunch in Mont Sainte-Anne
cafeteria (bring lunch from home)
16h00 Meet coach bus in Sainte-Anne
parking lot.
16h15 Arrival at Mont Sainte-Anne at Condos Vacances MSA 355 rue Dupont,
Beaupré, Qc G0A 1E0. Leave your ski equipment on the coach bus. Check-in.
16h30 Check-in completed and supper in
the condos (bring food from home)
19h00 Visit the on-site arcade.
22h00 No noise after 10:00 pm
Thursday, Feb. 20
08h30 Report to the teacher’s condo for your lift ticket (as a condo group). Students who had lessons on Day #1 will receive their lift ticket from their instructor during their 2nd lesson.
09h00 Coach bus to the base of the mountain. Lifts open at Mont Sainte-Anne
09h30 Novice lessons (round #2) – 90 min.
15h30 Coach bus back to the condos. Return to the teacher’s condo to retrieve your condo key.
17h45 Coach bus transfer to Buffet des Continents in Québec City
18h30 Group supper at Buffet des Continents (included)
19h30 Return back to the condos.
20h15 Arrival back at the condos. Social time.
22h00 No noise after 10:00 p.m. - students to remain in condos.
Friday, Feb. 21
07h30 Breakfast. Condo cleanup (incl. dishes cleaned, garbage outside)
09h00 Condo inspection by teachers. Load luggage onto the coach bus.
09h30 Coach bus to the mountain. Skiing at Mont Sainte-Anne
14h45 Return rental equipment to Sports Alpins
15h00 Meet the coach bus in the Mont Sainte-Anne parking lot
15h15 Departure for Montreal
19h15 Arrival at LHA
Lodging
CONDOS VACANCES MSA: Spacious condos with a full kitchen and fireplace. Each two bedroom unit will accommodate 5-6 persons. 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Outdoor heated pool & hot tubs, sauna and arcade.
2 km from the base of the mountain. Bus transportation will be provided.
Transportation by deluxe coach bus
Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!
Departure: 6:30 am (please arrive at school no later than 6:15 am)
Return: 7:15 pm approximate arrival at LaurenHill Academy
Saveurs des Continents
Skiing all day can make you hungry! A visit to the Saveurs des Continents all-you-can-eat buffet in Quebec City will get you refueled to get back on the slopes the next day.
Cost and Payment
Cost: $510 per student
Registration Deadline: November 1, 2024
Payment: Please drop-off your cash or both cheques (payable to SKI EVOLUTION INC) with your completed Registration Form to Mr. Roy in Rm 317 or Ms. Ditchfield in the Main Office. Please write your name, phone # & student number on the front of your cheques.
Refund: There are no refunds. We recommend you arrange for Cancellation Insurance on an individual basis.
Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add $105 to your 2nd payment. Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $27 for 3 days).
All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract. Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever. While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever. Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
