Mont Sainte-Anne Ski Trip

Mont Sainte-Anne is one of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.

Students attending the LaurenHill Academy Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Condos Vacances MSA, situated 2 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
 

The trip includes:

  • Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
  • Accommodations for two nights
  • One group supper meal
  • Lift tickets: 3 days at Mont Sainte-Anne

SKI and SNOWBOARDTRIP ITINERARY

February 14-16, 2024


Wed. Feb.14

07h30 Bus will arrive at LaurenHill Academy 2505 Côte-Vertu, Saint-Laurent

08h00 Departure from LHA.

12h00 Arrival at Mont Sainte-Anne at Condo Vacances Mont Ste- Anne 355 rue Dupont, Beaupré, Qc G0A 1E0.  

​  Baggage into storage or check-in to condos if they are ready.  Leave your ski equipment on the coach bus.

12h30 Coach bus to Mont Sainte Anne

13h00 Students needing equipment rentals will go with the Ski Evolution Guide to Sports Alpins (located at the base of the mountain)

13h30 Evaluation of all intermediate and advanced skiers/snowboarders

​  Ski lessons 90 min. for all beginners and novice levels.

17h00 Return to the condos by coach bus

17h15 Check-in completed and supper in the condos (bring food from home)

19h00 Evening activity: Coach bus to the mountain.  Beginner students will be required to stay on the large magic carpet.

20h30 Coach bus back to the condos for students out night skiing


Thurs. Feb.15

08h30 Report to the teacher’s condo for your lift ticket (as a condo group).

​  Students who had lessons on Day #1 will receive their lift ticket from their instructor during their 2nd lesson.

09h00 Coach bus to the base of the mountain.  Lifts open at Mont Sainte-Anne

09h30 Novice lessons (round #2) – 90 min.

15h30 Coach bus back to the condos. Return to the teacher’s condo to retrieve your condo key.

17h30 Coach bus transfer to St. Hubert BBQ 

17h40 Group supper at St. Hubert BBQ (included)

18h30 Return back to the condos.

19h00 Use of the outdoor hot-tubs and heated pool or the arcade (at the condo complex)

20h30 Students return to their condos

22h00 No noise after 10:00 p.m. - students to remain in condos.


Fri. Feb.16 

07h30 Breakfast.  Condo cleanup (incl. dishes cleaned, garbage outside)

09h00 Condo inspection by teachers

09h30 Coach bus to the mountain

Skiing at Mont Sainte Anne

14h45 Return rental equipment to Sports Alpins

15h00 Meet the coach bus in the Ste. Anne parking lot

15h15 Return to the condos to retrieve your luggage.  Load luggage onto the bus.

15h45 Departure for Montreal

19h30 Arrival at LHA



Lodging

CONDOS VACANCES MSA: Spacious condos with a full kitchen and fireplace. Each two bedroom unit will accommodate 5-6 persons. 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Outdoor heated pool & hot tubs, sauna and arcade.

2 km from the base of the mountain. Bus transportation will be provided.

Transportation by deluxe coach bus

Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!

Departure:  8:00 am (please arrive at school no later than 07h45 am)

Return:  7:30 pm approx.

Cost and Payment


Cost: $499 per student

Payment: Please drop-off your cash or all cheques (payable to LaurenHill Academy) and submit with your completed Registration Form to Mr. Roy in Rm 317 or Ms. Ditchfield in Rm 206.  Please write your name, phone # &  student number on the back of your cheque.  Payment can also be made by Interac at the Main Office.


Refund:  There are no refunds.  We recommend you arrange for Cancellation Insurance on an individual basis.


Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add to your 2nd payment.  Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $27 for 3 days).    

All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract.  Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever.  While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever.  Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
