Mont Sainte-Anne is one of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.

Students attending the LaurenHill Academy Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Condos Vacances MSA, situated 2 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
 

The trip includes:

• Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
• Accommodations for two nights
• Lift tickets: 3 days at Mont Sainte-Anne
• Individual Cancellation Insurance (see details under Terms and Conditions and on Registration form)
• Ski instruction for beginner and novice levels

Cost and Payment

Cost: $560 per student

Registration Deadline: November 7, 2025

Payment: Please drop-off your cash or both cheques (payable to SKI EVOLUTION INC) with your completed Registration Form to Mr. Roy in Rm 317 or Ms. Ditchfield in Rm 206.  Please write LHA, your name, phone # &  student number on the front of your cheques.

Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add $111 to your 2nd payment.  Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $30 for 3 days).    

Terms and Conditions

Individual Cancellation Insurance for students: The package cost includes Individual Cancellation Insurance that offers a full refund for medical reasons (including Covid-19) up until 48 hours prior to the trip departure date.   A claim for medical reasons must be supported by a doctor's note at the time a claim is requested.  This cancellation insurance does not provide coverage for cancellations on account of removal from the trip for poor behavior or disciplinary reasons, lack of interest, weather conditions, missing the bus departure time, etc.

Group Cancellation: Ski Evolution Inc. will endeavor to return the maximum amount of money to your school in the event of a group cancellation, but it must be understood that Ski Evolution Inc. cannot be held liable to cover cancellation costs on behalf of a school imposed group cancellation. 

Refunds: For cancellation reasons other than those described under Individual Cancellation Insurance:

• Prior to December 1st - 5% administration fee
• December 1st to December 20th - 50% cancellation fee
• After December 20th - No refunds

All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract.  Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever.  While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever.  Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
