Just like every year before, you and your friends need a break; so you decide to get a chalet in the mountains just for yourselves. Get your skis or board, your gear and your butt, and join us for a blast at Mont Sainte Anne.
Students attending the "College Ski Week 2027" will be staying at Les Chalets Montmorency, situated 0.5 km from the base of Mont Sainte Anne. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Beginner skiers or snowboarders can receive a 2 hour group lesson the first day of the trip. Students must pre-register for these lessons.
The trip includes:
- Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from Montreal, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
- Condo accommodations for two nights
- Lift tickets: 3 days at Mont Sainte-Anne
- Ski or snowboard instruction for beginners
There will be a mandatory ski trip meeting on Tuesday, November 3rd at 5:30pm in TBD.
When filling out the online registration form, you will be required to read and sign a waiver, which is a condition of participation in this trip. If you wish to view the waiver in advance, it can be found here.
We will be using a WhatsApp Channel to provide real-time updates and announcements for the JAC Ski Trip.

14h30 Arrival at Chalets Montmorency. Baggage into storage or check-in to condos if they are ready. Leave your ski equipment on the coach bus.

15h30 Students needing equipment rentals will go with the Ski Evolution Guide to Sports Alpins (located at the base of the mountain)
16h00 Ski or snowboard lessons 120 min. for all beginners.
18h00 One return shuttle to the condos by coach bus
18h00 Use of the outdoor pool and hot-tub until 9:00pm
20h00 Return to the condos by coach bus -- 8:00 pm, 8:30 pm, and 9:00 pm

Friday, Jan. 8
09h00 Lifts open at MSA. Coach bus to the base of the mountain. Coach bus will offer 3 transfers to the mountain – 09:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am
16h00 Coach bus back to the condos. Coach bus will offer 2 transfers back to the condos at 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Students can also choose to stay at the mountain and take advantage of night skiing.
Use of the outdoor pool and hot-tub until 9:00pm
18h30 Coach bus will offer a shuttle service at 6:30pm for those wanting to go night skiing at MSA.
21h00 Last bus back to the condos for students out night skiing
23h00 No noise after 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 9
08h00 Breakfast. Condo cleanup (incl. dishes cleaned, garbage outside).
09h00 Load luggage onto the coach bus.
09h15 Condo inspection by the Ski Evolution Guide.
09h30 Coach bus to the base of the mountain. Coach bus will offer 2 transfers to the mountain – 09:30 am and 10:00 am. Check-out is at 10:00 am at the latest. Skiing at MSA

There will be a mandatory ski trip meeting on Tuesday, November 3rd at 5:30pm in the Agora. Please complete the ski trip waiver form prior to the November 3rd meeting.
REFUNDS: There are no refunds if you cancel prior to the trip or if you are absent.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A $60.00 cash security deposit is required at the mandatory meeting on November 3rd, 5:30pm in the Agora. This security deposit will be returned after the trip, provided no damage has been done by the group. Non John Abbott students must give the cash security deposit + a credit card number.
Rental Equipment: Students are responsible for their rental equipment. Lost or stolen rental equipment will cost the student $600 (snowboard) or $550 (skis). Students are not to leave their equipment unattended at any time.
A $15.00 service charge will be applied for any cheque returned by your financial institution.
Agreement & Waiver: I understand that I am financially responsible for any damages to my room or the adjoining property. I am satisfied that this waiver form be drawn up in the English language. I agree that I am fully responsible for my behaviour and consequences of said behaviour, and agree to pay for any and all damages to my condo. I agree that I will not invite unregistered visitors to visit or stay in my Condo. Doing so, may result in everyone in the Condo being sent home at our own expense.
