Located near Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, Mont Blanc has north-facing slopes with an impressive view of the Upper Laurentians. There is terrain for every level: beginner to expert! Mont Blanc has the second-highest vertical drop in the Laurentians.
Students attending the Beaconsfield High School Sec. I & II Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Ax Hotel. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
The trip includes:
- Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the hotel and Mont Blanc
- Accommodations for one night
- One supper at Restaurant Vieux Four and one breakfast
- Lift tickets: 2 days at Mont Blanc
- Ski instruction for beginner/novice levels
- Services of a Ski Evolution guide

Ax Hotel: Students will be staying in The Classic Double Queen, the standard room for hotels, with a modernized and enhanced look. Occupancy is based on 4 students per room.
Transportation by deluxe coach bus
Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!
Departure: 7:30 am (please arrive at school no later than 7:15 am)
Return: 6:30 pm approximate arrival at BHS
Vieux Four Mont-Tremblant
It was with passion and having acquired great experience at the restaurant Le Vieux Four in St-Sauveur that Stéphane Éthier decided to open Le Vieux Four in Mont-Tremblant. Proud of a loyal and competent team, the 2 owners, Nathalie and Stéphane, invite you to come and taste dishes with flavors of Italy and authentic pizza cooked in a wood oven in a charming atmosphere!
Participants will be offered a choice of pizza or pasta from a fixed menu. Meal includes choice of drink. If you have any allergies, dietary concerns, or restrictions, please communicate them to Ms. Jemczyk.
Cost and Payment
PACKAGE COST: $380 per student
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 1, 2024
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Students can elect to pay by cheque or cash. Please make your cheque(s) payable to Beaconsfield High School and return all cheques to the school office or to Ms. Jemczyk in A Gym. Please write the student's name on the front of your cheque(s).

Option 1: One cheque of $380 due Nov. 1, 2024
Option 2: One cheque of $200 due Nov. 1, 2024 and a 2nd cheque for $180 due Dec. 2, 2024
Option 3: Pay cash IN FULL at registration or Pay cash $200 due Nov. 1, 2024 and a 2nd cash payment for $180 due Dec. 2, 2024
Refund: There is a minimum $200.00 penalty on all refunds. There is no refund for cancellations less than 45 days prior to departure.
Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add $58 to your 2nd payment. Helmets are compulsory for all students.
All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract. Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever. While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever. Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
