Mont Sainte-Anne and Stoneham are two of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views, and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.

Students attending the Westwood Senior High School Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Chalets Montmorency Condos, situated less than 1 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
 

The trip includes:

• Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between Stoneham, the condos, and Mont Sainte-Anne
• Accommodations for two nights
• Lift tickets: 1 day skiing and riding at Stoneham and 2 days skiing and riding at Mont Sainte-Anne
• Ski instruction for beginner/novice levels
• Services of a Ski Evolution guide

Cost and Payment

PACKAGE COST PER STUDENT: $470

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:  Students can pay by cheque.  Please return completed authorization form, behavioural contract, and registration form with payment.  Please make your cheque(s) payable to Westwood Senior High School and return all cheques to Ms. Sanders. Please write the student's name on the front of your cheque(s) in the memo field.

PAYMENT PLAN

• Option 1:  One cheque of $470 due Nov. 22, 2024
• Option 2:  One cheque of $235 due Nov. 22, 2024 and a 2nd cheque for $235 + rental payment due Dec. 18, 2024

Refund:  There is a minimum $235.00 penalty on all refunds. There is no refund for cancellations less than 45 days prior to departure.

Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add to your 2nd payment (Skis or snowboard rentals for three days are $105).  Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $27 for 3 days).  Students are responsible for their rental equipment. Lost or stolen rental equipment will cost the student $600 (snowboard) or $550 (skis). Students are not to leave their equipment unattended at any time.

Damage Deposit: A $40.00 security deposit is required upon registration. This security deposit will be returned after the trip, provided no damage has been done by the group. Please use a separate cheque for the damage deposit and post-date it to Feb. 14, 2025.

All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioural Contract.  Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever.  While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever.  Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
