Mont Sainte-Anne is one of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.  Le Massif is an equally impressive mountain with breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. 

Students attending the Royal West Grade 10 Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Condos Vacances MSA, situated 2 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.

The trip includes:

  • Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
  • Accommodations for two nights
  • Lift tickets: 3 days at Mont Sainte-Anne (or for an extra fee, Intermediate & Advanced levels can ski Thursday at Le Massif)
  • Ski instruction for beginner and novice levels
  • Services of a Ski Evolution guide
  • All taxes

Wednesday, Jan. 28

06h00 ​Coach buses will arrive at Royal West Academy for loading
06h30 ​Departure from RWA
10h15 ​Buses arrive at Mont Sainte-Anne
10h30 ​Students get changed into ski clothing in cafeteria. Students needing equipment rentals will go with the Ski Evolution Guide to Sports Alpins (located at the base of the mountain)
11h00 Evaluation of all intermediate and advanced skiers/snowboarders. Ski lessons 90 min for all beginner and novice levels.
12h30 Lunch in the cafeteria. Bring lunch from home.
16h00 Buses pick up group at the mountain and return to the condos
16h15 ​Arrival at Mont Sainte-Anne at Condo Vacances MSA .  Check-in. All passengers must remove all ski equipment and place in condo complex lockers. 
16h30               Check-in completed and supper in the condos (bring food from home)
19h00 ​Use of the outdoor pool and hot-tub until 9:00pm or visit the on-site arcade.
22h00 ​No noise after 10:00 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 29

08h00 ​Bus 3 arrive at Condos Vacances MSA for loading intermediate and advanced skiers
08h15 ​Bus 3 Depart for Le Massif de Charlevoix (arrive @ summit)               
08h45 ​Bus 1 & Bus 2 arrive at Condos Vacances MSA for loading.  Drive group to Mont Sainte-Anne (2 trips will be required).  Lifts open at 09:00 am.
​Students who had lessons on Day #1 will receive their lift ticket from their instructor during their 2nd lesson.
09h30 ​Novice lessons (round #2) – 90 min.
15h45 ​Bus 1 & Bus 2 return from Mont Sainte-Anne to the condos (2 trips will be required)
15h45 ​Bus 3 departure from Le Massif back to Condos Vacances MSA
17h45               Dinner in your condos (bring food from home)
21h00 ​Evening activity organized by RWA teachers
23h00 ​All students in their respective condos.  No noise after 10:00 pm.

Friday, Jan. 30

07h30 ​Breakfast.  Condo cleanup (incl. dishes cleaned, garbage outside).  Luggage into storage.
08h45 ​Condo inspection by teachers.  Distribution of lift tickets.
09h00 ​Coach buses to the mountain.  Lifts open.  Final day of skiing at MSA.
14h30 ​Return rental equipment to Sports Alpins
14h45 ​Meet the coach buses in the Mont Sainte-Anne parking lot.  Travel back to the condos to retrieve luggage.  Load luggage onto bus.
15h00 ​Departure for Montreal
18h00 ​Approximate arrival time at RWA

Lodging

CONDOS VACANCES MSA: Spacious condos with a full kitchen and fireplace. Each two bedroom unit will accommodate 6 persons. 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Outdoor heated pool & hot tubs, sauna and arcade.

2 km from the base of the mountain. Bus transportation will be provided.

Transportation by deluxe coach bus

Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!

Departure time:  6:30 AM (arrive at school no later than 6:00 AM)

Return time:  6:30 PM approx.

Cost and Payment

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 14, 2025

The package cost per student is $499 (3-days at Mont Sainte-Anne) or $529 (2-days at Mont Sainte-Anne + 1 day at Le Massif)

Payment Instructions:  Payment can be made by cheque.

Please make your cheque payable to Ski Evolution Inc. and return your cheque to Mr. Tétreault in Room 103. Please write the student's name and "RWA10" on the front of your cheque.    A $15 service charge will be assessed for any cheque returned by our financial institution. 

Trip Cancellation insurance:  The package cost includes Trip Cancellation Insurance that offers a full refund for medical (including Covid-19) up until 48 hours prior to the trip departure date.   A claim for medical reasons must be supported by a doctor's note at the time a claim is requested.  This cancellation insurance does not provide coverage for cancellations on account of removal from the trip for poor behavior or disciplinary reasons, lack of interest, weather conditions, missing the bus departure time, etc..

Refund Policy (cancellation for non-medical related reasons not covered by the Trip Cancellation Insurance)

  • 45 days to 15 days prior to departure date = 50% refund of total trip cost
  • Less than 15 days prior to departure = no refund

Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add to your payment.  Helmets are compulsory for all students.

  • Equipment rental (skis or snowboard) is an extra $111 for three days
  • Helmet rental is an extra $30 for three days

Students are responsible for their rental equipment. Lost or stolen rental equipment will cost the student $600 (snowboard) or $550 (skis).

​Students are not to leave their equipment unattended at any time.​

All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioural Contract.  Any unacceptable behaviour will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances.
