Mont Sainte-Anne is one of the premier ski resorts in Eastern North America - with abundant snowfall, amazing views and terrain for all levels of skiers and riders.

Students attending the Beaconsfield High School Grad Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Condos Vacances MSA, situated 2 km from the base of the mountain. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
 

The trip includes:

  • Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL, plus transfers between the condos and Mont Sainte-Anne
  • Accommodations for two nights
  • One supper meal at a Sugar Shack on Orleans Island
  • Lift tickets: 3 days at Mont Sainte-Anne
  • Ski instruction for beginner/novice levels

February 7-9, 2024


Wed. Feb.7

07h15 ​ Coach bus will arrive at Beaconsfield High School

07h30 ​ Departure from BHS

11h00 ​ Arrival at Mont Sainte-Anne at Condos Vacances Mont Ste- Anne 355 rue Dupont, Beaupré, Qc G0A 1E0.  

​   Baggage into storage or check-in to condos if they are ready.  Leave your ski equipment on the coach bus.

11h45 ​ Coach bus to Mont Sainte Anne

12h00 ​ Students needing equipment rentals will go with the Ski Evolution Guide to Sports Alpins (located at the base of the mountain)

12h15 ​ Evaluation of all intermediate and advances skiers/snowboarders

12h30 ​ Ski lessons 90 min. for all beginners and novice levels.

17h00 ​ Return to the condos by coach bus

17h15 ​ Check-in completed and supper in the condos (bring food from home)

19h00 ​ Evening option#1: Coach bus to the mountain for students wanting to go night skiing (for intermediate and advanced levels only)

19h00 ​ Evening option#2: Use of the outdoor pool, hot-tubs, sauna until 9:00pm or visit the on-site arcade.

20h30 ​ Coach bus back to the condos for students out night skiing

23h00 ​ No noise after 11:00 p.m.


Thurs. Feb.8

08h45 ​ Report to the teacher’s condo for your lift ticket (as a condo group).

​   Students who had lessons on Day #1 will receive their lift ticket from their instructor during their 2nd lesson.

09h00 ​ Coach bus to Mont Sainte-Anne.  Lifts open.

09h30 ​Novice lessons (round #2) – 90 min.

16h00 ​ Coach bus back to the condos. 

17h45 ​ Coach bus transfer to a Sugar Shack on Ile d’Orléans (Le Relais des Pins)

18h15 ​ Traditional Cabane à Sucre supper with folk music

20h15 ​ Return back to the condos

22h00 ​ No noise after 10:00 p.m. - students to remain in condos.


Friday Feb.9

07h30 ​ Breakfast.  Condo cleanup (incl. dishes cleaned, garbage outside).  

08h30 ​ Luggage into storage.

08h45 ​ Condo inspection by teachers.  Distribution of lift tickets.

09h00 ​ Coach bus to the mountain.  Lifts open. Final day of skiing at Mont Sainte-Anne

14h30 ​ Return rental equipment to Sports Alpins

14h45 ​ Meet the coach bus in the Mont Sainte Anne parking lot

   ​Travel back to the condos to retrieve luggage.  Load luggage onto bus.

15h15 ​ Departure for Montreal

18h30 ​ Arrival at BHS



Lodging

CONDOS VACANCES MSA: Spacious condos with a full kitchen and fireplace. Each two bedroom unit will accommodate 5-6 persons. 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed. Outdoor heated pool & hot tubs, sauna and arcade.

2 km from the base of the mountain. Bus transportation will be provided.

Transportation by deluxe coach bus

Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!

Departure:  7:30 am (please arrive at school no later than 7h15 am)

Return: 6:30 pm approx.

A Night at the Sugar Shack!

Discover a traditional sugar shack on Île d'Orléans, just a short bus ride away. Your group will leave full...guaranteed! In addition to the hearty food, you can expect live music, dancing and of course, tir d'érable sur neige!

Cost and Payment


PACKAGE COST: $530 per student

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 13, 2023

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:  Students can elect to pay by cheque or cash.  Please make your cheque(s) payable to Beaconsfield High School and return all cheques to the school office or to Mr. McCurdy. Please write the student's name on the front of your cheque(s).

PAYMENT PLAN

​Option 1:  One cheque of $530 due Nov. 13, 2023

​Option 2:  One cheque of $275 due Nov. 13, 2023 and a 2nd cheque for $255 due Dec. 1, 2023

​Option 3:  Pay cash IN FULL at registration or Pay cash $275 due Nov. 13, 2023 and a 2nd cash payment for $255 due Dec. 1, 2023

Refund:  There is a minimum $275.00 penalty on all refunds.  There is no refund for cancellations less than 45 days prior to departure.   

Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add to your 2nd payment.  Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $27 for 3 days).    

All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract.  Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever.  While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever.  Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
