Stoneham is located in the Laurentian Mountains just north of Quebec City. It is a great mid-size mountain with plenty of terrain for all levels of ability.
Students attending the Beaconsfield High School Sec. III & IV Ski and Snowboard Trip will be staying at Hotel Stoneham. There is a limited amount of space and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
All students must wear helmets while skiing and riding.
The trip includes:
- Deluxe coach bus transportation to/from MONTREAL
- Accommodations for two nights
- Two suppers and two breakfasts
- Lift tickets: 3 days at Mont Sainte-Anne
- Ski instruction for beginner/novice levels
- Services of a Ski Evolution guide

or put bags into storage

12:30 Pick up skis in the rental shop Sports Alpins (if necessary)
12:30 Lessons round #1for beginner/novice levels. Meet at the coral. Ski time (includes optional night skiing
until 8:30 pm)

9:00 Head back to the hotel. Pack your luggage and get into ski clothing. Place your personal luggage in the
storage room.
9:15 Room inspections. If your room is clean, you will receive a
lift ticket!
9:30 Skiing for all levels
12:00 Lunch in Cafeteria (student’s expense)
14:45 Ski equipment returned to the rental shop
15:00 Return to the luggage storage room and
collect your luggage. Load the coach bus.
15:30 Departure for Montreal
19:00 Arrival at BHS (approx.)
Lodging
HOTEL STONEHAM: Each room will accommodate 4 students.
Situated at the base of the mountain. Ski in/Ski out!
Transportation by deluxe coach bus
Amenities included: washroom, TV-DVD, comfortable seats and large luggage compartments. Relax and enjoy the ride to the slopes!
Departure: 7:30 am (please arrive at school no later than 7:00 am)
Return: 7:00 pm approximate arrival at BHS
Cost and Payment
PACKAGE COST: $XXX per student
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 8, 2024
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Students can elect to pay by cheque or cash. Please make your cheque(s) payable to Beaconsfield High School and return all cheques to the school office or to Mr. McCurdy. Please write the student's name on the front of your cheque(s).
PAYMENT PLAN

Option 2: One cheque of $300 due Nov. 8, 2024 and a 2nd cheque for $xxx due Dec. 2, 2024
Option 3: Pay cash IN FULL at registration or Pay cash $300 due Nov. 8, 2024 and a 2nd cash payment for $xxx due Dec. 2, 2024
Refund: There is a minimum $300.00 penalty on all refunds. There is no refund for cancellations less than 45 days prior to departure.
Equipment Rentals: If you require equipment rentals, please add $105 to your 2nd payment. Helmets are compulsory for all students (they can be rented for $27 for 3 days).
All students will be required to sign and respect a Behavioral Contract. Any unacceptable behavior will result in a telephone call home informing you that your son/daughter will be sent home at your expense. There will be no refunds issued under these circumstances. I understand that you are acting as agents for the bus, ski centre, lodging provider and/or restaurant service, if provided, and hereby waive any claims of any nature whatsoever. While you will provide competent staff and all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid injury or damage I fully accept that accidents may occur and, consequently, I hereby waive, renounce and release you and/or the staff from any and all liabilities of any nature whatsoever. Moreover, I hereby waive, renounce and release you from any claim with respect to loss or damage of property.
