In the case of a refund or cancellation of a registration, there is a $95 non-refundable fee. The refund will be issued on a pro-rated basis from the time that the member advises the ski school of their refund request, based upon the number of trips completed at that time (not necessarily the number of trips attended by the member).

No refunds will be issued after 75% of the program has been completed.

No refunds for the lesson portion of the program will be issued after the season has started.

Refunds requested prior to December 31st will be processed before January 15th.  Refunds requested after January 1st will be processed upon completion of the program in March.

A $15.00 charge will be assessed on any cheques returned by your bank.

Rod Roy Ski Schools reserves the right to refuse or cancel memberships.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may lead to cancellation of membership without any refund.
